Within this transformation, the Demand Planning & Inventory Management team plays a critical role in ensuring the right products are available at the right time — balancing supply, demand, and operational efficiency. As a Demand Planning & Inventory Management Supervisor , you will support data collection, analysis, and forecasting activities to optimize inventory levels and warehouse performance. You will translate data into actionable insights, support process improvements, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment between planning and execution. What You’ll Do Collect, process, and analyze warehouse and inventory data to generate actionable insights, reports, and presentations. Support forecasting and inventory planning using historical data to maintain optimal stock levels. Interpret data analysis results and provide recommendations to support business decision-making. Collaborate with Commercial, Operations, Technology, and Logistics teams to ensure planning alignment. Support automation initiatives to improve efficiency in reporting and operational processes. Monitor inventory accuracy and warehouse activities to ensure compliance with SOP and operational standards. Support execution of improvement projects aligned with business objectives. Assist in monitoring inventory movements, including transfers and stock allocation processes. What You’ll Bring to the Team Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field. 1–2 years of experience in demand planning, inventory management, or data analysis roles. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. Familiarity with forecasting methods and inventory planning concepts. Proficiency in Excel and data reporting tools. Strong attention to detail and understanding of process compliance. Good communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
