As part of our Visual Merchandiser team, you'll responsible for conceptualizing, creating, and implementing compelling key visual designs that not only align with brand identity but also drive measurable marketing and commercial outcomes. The Visual Merchandiser will transform marketing objectives into visually engaging displays and layouts that capture attention, communicate product value, and influence purchasing decisions. What We'll Work on Together Develop and execute visual merchandising strategies for retail stores in Bandung. Design and implement key visuals for marketing campaigns and product promotions in our stores. Ensure store displays align with brand guidelines and seasonal themes. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize visual impact for commercial goals. Analyze customer behavior and store performance to improve visual merchandising effectiveness. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain innovative displays. Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 1 - 5 years in visual merchandising, retail design, or related roles (electronics or groceries retail preferred). Strong sense of aesthetics, creativity, and attention to detail. Proficient in design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar). Good understanding of consumer behavior and retail trends. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
