As Brand Management Associate Lead , you'll responsible for leading brand strategy, positioning, and execution for the Smartphone and Emerging Categories within our e-commerce platform. This role drives brand growth through strong market insight, integrated marketing initiatives, and close collaboration with commercial, product, and marketing teams to build category leadership and long-term customer preference. What You'll Work On Lead end‑to‑end brand strategy and execution for Smartphone and Emerging Categories across the e-commerce ecosystem. Develop category‑level brand plans, including positioning, messaging, and go‑to‑market strategies aligned with business objectives. Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, and seasonal initiatives across digital channels. Own brand storytelling and ensure consistent brand identity across all touchpoints (on‑platform, campaigns, content, and partnerships). Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and emerging category potential. Collaborate closely with Commercial, Product Management, Merchandising, CRM, and Performance Marketing teams to drive category performance. Manage relationships with principals, brands, agencies, and strategic partners to ensure effective campaign delivery. Translate global brand guidelines into relevant local execution strategies when applicable. Monitor brand and campaign performance, evaluate effectiveness, and optimize strategies using data and insights. Support innovation initiatives by exploring new categories, formats, partnerships, and engagement models relevant to smartphones and emerging tech. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA is a plus. 6–8 years of experience in Brand Management, Category Marketing, or Strategic Marketing roles, preferably within e-commerce, consumer electronics, or technology-driven industries. Strong experience managing smartphone, gadget, technology, or emerging product categories is highly preferred. Proven track record in developing and executing brand strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and commercial results. Experience working with well-known brands or principals (smartphone/electronics brands strongly preferred). Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, e-commerce customer journeys, and platform-based brand execution. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable brand and category strategies. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills. Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and the ability to balance brand building with performance outcomes. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, data‑driven environment with multiple priorities and cross‑functional teams. (This role will start as a 6 month contract based for a Full Time position, without additional probation period)
