Drive end-to-end program and project management for Blibli Excellence Academy (BEA) initiatives, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are well executed across multiple programs. Own data tracking and performance measurement of learning programs, including KPI monitoring, dashboard development, training effectiveness analysis, and generating actionable insights on program impact Evaluate learning initiatives by analyzing participation, engagement, and business impact, and translate findings into improvements Develop structured learning reports and conduct data analysis to support data-driven decision making in people development strategy Design and support curriculum based on business needs, including conducting needs analysis from job descriptions across functions and consulting with stakeholders and trainers Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to align program objectives, ensure relevance of learning content, and maintain strong partnership relationships Manage communication and coordination across stakeholders, ensuring clarity, alignment, and seamless execution of all academy programs
