About The Role
About the Role Blibli’s Property team ensures that every project — from retail stores and warehouses to high-rise facilities — is executed with precision, efficiency, and quality. As we expand our physical footprint, disciplined project execution becomes essential to delivering operational excellence. As a Project Operations Officer, you will focus on end-to-end project execution, contractor coordination, timeline management, and on-site supervision. This role ensures that every approved design is implemented properly, safely, and within budget. What You’ll Do Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements to ensure successful project execution. Monitor project progress, budgets, and performance metrics, and provide regular reporting and dashboards to management. Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation plans to minimize project impact. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment, timely execution, and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. Establish and maintain project governance, documentation standards, and reporting frameworks to ensure compliance and transparency. Analyze project performance and recommend improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and operational effectiveness. Support project budgeting, cost tracking, procurement coordination, and resource allocation activities. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support strategic decision-making through data-driven insights and project analytics. What You’ll Bring to the Team Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related fields. Project Management certifications are a plus. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project management, project coordination, construction management, property development, or related areas. Strong understanding of project lifecycle management, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder management. Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office applications. Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor project performance, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions. Good understanding of contract administration, procurement processes, and project documentation control. Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination skills. Willingness to travel to project sites and experience in property, industrial estate, warehouse, infrastructure, or construction projects is highly preferred.
