Junior Tax Staff

About the role Blibli OMG is part of Blibli’s expanding retail ecosystem, committed to supporting sustainable business growth through strong operational and financial excellence. As our business continues to grow, accurate and efficient tax management plays an important role in ensuring smooth business operations and compliance with applicable regulations. As a Junior Tax Staff, you will be responsible for supporting daily tax administration and reporting activities. You will help ensure all tax processes are carri ed out accurately and on time. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and passionate about building a career in taxation and finance. Your contribution will directly support Blibli OMG’s operational efficiency and financial processes, helping maintain accurate tax reporting across the business. What You'll Do Create and manage tax invoices (Faktur Pajak) Calculate and report Unification Tax Return (SPT Masa Unifikasi) and VAT (PPN) Perform fiscal reconciliation activities Conduct fiscal equalization to ensure data accuracy Support tax administration and maintain proper tax documentation Assist in ensuring timely tax reporting and compliance with applicable regulations Qualification Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Taxation, Accounting, or Finance Prior experience in taxation and Brevet A/B certification will be considered a plus Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel Familiar with Coretax system Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn new tax regulations and systems Why You'll Love Working Here At Blibli OMG, we believe strong financial operations are essential to business growth.
