What We’ll Work on Together Own the Leadership Development pillar end-to-end (executive coaching programs, senior leadership development, HiPo acceleration). Design and facilitate learning programs, with ability to deliver workshops directly to audiences ranging from individual contributors to senior leaders. Conduct Learning Needs Analysis and translate business requirements into tailored learning solutions. Build learning measurement framework beyond satisfaction surveys — must be able to design Level 3 (behavior change) and Level 4 (business impact) evaluation. Act as thinking partner to Head of Talent Growth on strategic decisions and program prioritization. Engage with VP/Director-level stakeholders to understand business priorities and translate into capability strategies. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, HR, Business, or related field with 7–8 years of experience in L&D, Talent, or Leadership Development Proven experience in designing and managing leadership development programs end-to-end Strong hands-on capability in learning program design, facilitation, LNA, curriculum development, and learning evaluation (e.g., Kirkpatrick) Able to analyze learning data, measure effectiveness, and produce actionable insights/reporting Strong experience in stakeholder management, including engagement with senior leaders Experience in managing vendors, trainers, or executive coaches Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills Fluent in English & Bahasa Indonesia
