As a Growth Strategist Jr. Officer , you’re expected to bring a blend of analytical thinking, experimentation mindset, and cross‑functional collaboration skills. You should be comfortable working with data, identifying opportunities within the user funnel, and turning insights into actionable strategies that drive measurable impact. Someone who can design and prioritize experiments, understand key metrics like CAC, LTV, and conversion rates, and adapt quickly based on results. Beyond technical skills, you are expected to be curious, resourceful, and proactive—someone who challenges assumptions, moves fast, and works seamlessly with product, engineering, design, and data teams to unlock sustainable growth. What You'll Work On Identify growth opportunities across the user funnel (acquisition, activation, retention, revenue). Run experiments (A/B tests, landing page tests, channel tests) to validate ideas quickly. Analyze data to understand user behavior, campaign performance, and funnel drop-offs. Optimize paid channels such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, or other performance platforms. Collaborate with product, data, design, and engineering teams to improve user activation and retention. Build and manage CRM flows (email, push notifications, in-app messages) to drive engagement. Develop hypotheses and create experiment roadmaps based on insights and business goals. Monitor key metrics like CAC, LTV, ROAS, conversion rates, and retention cohorts. Create and optimize landing pages to improve conversion and user experience. Scale successful experiments into long-term, repeatable growth strategies. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university in a related field (minimum GPA of 3.0). Experience or a certification in Digital Ads Analytics or Performance Marketing is highly preferred. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Strong retail business acumen, including understanding of consumer behavior and market trends, is preferred. Comfortable working with performance metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, Retention, Conversion Rate, etc.). Ability to generate new ideas, test strategies, and continuously improve results. Strong collaboration and communication skills for cross‑functional teamwork. Detail-oriented, data-driven, and proactive in problem-solving. (This role will start as a 6 month contract based for a Full Time position, without additional probation period)
