Key Responsibilities

• Own shift operations across picking, packing, dispatch & inventory.
• Plan rosters and manage frontline staff productivity.
• Monitor real-time orders and ensure SLA adherence.
• Control inbound, stock accuracy, and shrinkage prevention.
• Oversee last-mile dispatch and rider performance (if hub-managed).

Basic Qualification

• 2+ years in Quick Commerce / Dark Store operations.
• Strong understanding of picking, packing, dispatch & inventory.
• Experience managing frontline teams & shift operations.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
