What’s

the role?

As an HR Business Advisor (HRBA) at Bloomberg,

you’ll

be a key member of our Human Resources Business Partnering function, working with Senior HR Business Partners, focused on providing support to team leaders and mid-level managers across the organization. Your focus will be on implementing strategic HR initiatives, delivering both enterprise-wide and bespoke HR programs, and enabling effective HR process execution.

You’ll

We’ll

trust you to

Partner with Senior HRBPs and business leaders to execute HR initiatives that align with organizational goals and support strategic workforce planning, including workforce needs, capability gaps, succession risks, and talent implications.

A

dvise leaders using organizational diagnostics, workforce insights, and organizational effectiveness principles to strengthen leadership capability, improve team performance, and foster inclusive, high-performing teams.

Support enterprise-wide and customized HR programs by translating business needs into practical people solutions tailored to specific teams and priorities.

Leverage workforce analytics, qualitative feedback, and emerging AI-enabled tools to generate actionable insights,

identify

trends, and improve business decision-making and employee experience.

Coach leaders

to use

performance management as a lever for building high-performing teams, strengthening accountability, enabling meaningful feedback, and creating the conditions for sustained individual and

business

performance.

Act as the primary point of integration across HR Centers of Excellence and Enterprise teams, ensuring

people

processes such as performance, compensation, and succession planning are delivered seamlessly to the business.

Lead communication and implementation of enterprise HR initiatives by influencing team leaders and managers to drive adoption, consistency, and successful change outcomes.

Operate with an enterprise-wide mindset working with

S

enior HR

BPs

, ensuring HR strategies support broader business planning across varied teams and geographies.

You’ll

need to have

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a
  • n

HR

  • busi
  • ness partner

or

HR

  • advisory role within a dynamic and complex organization.
  • Solid knowledge of HR practices, policies, and core process areas.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong communication
  • and coaching skills, particularly with new or developing leaders.
  • Analytical mindset and experience with HR metrics, reporting, and data analysis.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and
  • maintain
  • flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative,
  • solutions
  • -oriented approach with a high degree of professional maturity.
