New Store Opening - Executive/Assistant Manager

Job Title: Executive/Assistant Manager – NSO Operations (New Store Openings) Location: Mumbai (with travel across assigned locations) About the Role: We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Executive to support New Store Openings (NSO) . This role involves coordinating end-to-end store launch activities, ensuring operational readiness, and supporting post-launch stabilization. The ideal candidate should be adaptable, hands-on, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: ● Support business operations and development team in planning and execution of new store openings. ● Coordinate procurement and installation of equipment, furniture, and other site requirements. ● Manage logistics for site setup including dry stock, café supplies, Wi-Fi, and utilities. ● Conduct site recce and ensure operational readiness prior to launch. ● Track inventory requirements and café sales predictability to ensure stock availability during launch. ● Assist café managers in achieving operational stability post-launch within defined timelines. ● Liaison between projects and operations team to ensure smooth handover of projects, document and track progress to ensure timely execution. ● Work with cross-functional teams (Ops, BD, Legal, Design, Procurement) to align on timelines and deliverables. Requirements: ● 1.5 – 3 years of experience in Operations, preferably in F&B, Retail, or QSR industry . ● Strong field experience with exposure to procurement, vendor management, or site setup. ● Willingness to travel frequently and work in flexible shifts (comp offs provided). ● Strong coordination, problem-solving, and execution skills. ● Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines effectively. ● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field preferred. ● Trainable and eager to grow in a fast-scaling environment.
