Senior Manager, Strategy and Operations

This strategic & operational role is responsible for deeply understanding, articulating, positioning, and marketing what is remarkable about the Product and Technology (P&T) offering. This highly impactful and visible role partners closely with the executive leadership team to build, maintain, and embed P&T’s value proposition and strategy throughout the enterprise. This includes owning the foundational P&T strategy, continually refining, and aligning it with IHG’s broader goals, and embedding it in everything we do. The person in this role will develop and drive alignment on P&T’s strategy, key priorities, and progress; brought to life through all executive content: from robust Board papers to succinct presentations to strategic leadership forums—through a product-management lens. leading the implementation and continuous improvement of operational best practices and ways of working across tower operations to ensure consistency, efficiency, and knowledge sharing.
