As our Assistant Chief Steward, you'll support the smooth day-to-day running of the stewarding operation by leading the stewarding team and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene and safety across all back-of-house areas. You'll help keep the kitchen running efficiently by coordinating cleaning operations, maintaining equipment, supporting stock control and developing your team to deliver a safe and well-organised working environment.
