Manager - Digital Channels.Sales and Distribution

Main Purpose

To develop, manage, and optimize MTN’s distribution and partner ecosystem by creating sustainable channel growth opportunities, expanding market reach, strengthening channel partner capability, and driving revenue growth through effective channel development strategies, route-to-market optimization, and strategic stakeholder management. The role is responsible for identifying new channel opportunities, enhancing existing channel performance, and ensuring channels effectively support subscriber growth, product penetration, customer acquisition, and commercial excellence.
