Sr.Java UI Developer

**JOB DESCRIPTION:**

• Possess **Effective verbal,written communications** as well as strong organizational skills
• **Java, JEE, Spring and Tomcat are a must.**
• Web-services integration and **RESTful** is a plus
• 7+ years of **Java UI Development experience**
• 5+ years working with **Javascript**
• 3+ years working with **JQuery**
• 6+ months with **Angular and Bootstrap**
• 3+ years of **Oracle experience** – ability to write stored procedures in **PL/SQL**
• **AWS** experience is a big Plus
• Financial Services experience is a Plus
• Must be capable of working well independently as well as in a highly collaborative team environment
• Able to work with end-users to understand their**UI needs**
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

• Regularly leads in the technical assessment and delivery of specific technical solutions to the customer.
• Work with the end-users to understand their needs by creating storyboards and wire-frame prototypes
• Responsible for actively engaging in sprint planning meetings to truly understand the end-user process and needs.
• You will become a mentor to other developers to assure Liferay best practices and recommendations are followed.
• Provides a team structure conducive to high performance, and manages the team life-cycle stages.
• Strong background in developing applications with **GUI**s
• Experience in taking the projects from the requirements phase to the delivery phase using the full SDLC.
