VFX Coordinator-Sales

BOT VFX, a post-production services company with global clients, is looking for a Visual Effects Sales Coordinator on a permanent role basis. The position is based out of Atlanta, GA. The Visual Effects Sales Coordinator plays an essential role in supporting the Executive Producers and Sales teams by preparing bid packages, tracking bid packages sent to clients, and managing team data. The most important goal of the Visual Effects Sales Coordinator is to provide key support to a busy Sales team who can thus focus on client outreach.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Bidding Support

Assist in gathering project data and preparing bid documents for EPs and Producer approvals.

Attend

weekly sales calls to understand and track Sales Funnel.

Provide

data entry and updates into CRM software.

Information Sourcing

Liaison between internal teams (line producers, department heads) to ensure clear communication and accurate bid data.

Proofreading

• bids for errors, both numerical and grammatical.
• Cross checking
• that the BOT bid matches the client bid document.

Monitor

client communications for bidding deadlines and change orders.

Upon

Producer/EP approval send and track client responses to bids.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Organization

Ability to manage high-level, sensitive information and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Able

to handle work calmly and productively under pressure.

Able

to work independently as required and turn in results for the next department or Producer to pick up.

Flexible

work hours given meetings across time zones.

Familiarity

with CRM tools, Hubspot preferably.

Knowledge

of Excel a must.

Familiarity

with Project Management software a bonus (Ayon, Shotgrid, Tableau).

Interest

in the technical side of film and television production.

Social Media

awareness of our Client’s IP.

Discretion

with highly sensitive IP.
