Talent Sourcer

As a Talent Sourcer, your role will be to ensure to deliver required support to the Lead/Sr. Sourcers. The primary responsibilities include managing the Talent pipeline, Handing the messaging cadence efficiently, and making necessary reports to meet the SLA. Working days: Monday to Friday (Fixed weekend off) Work Location: Baner, Pune (Onsite) Responsibilities Manage all Sourced Talent Pipeline. Track messaging cadence for respective projects. Provide sourcing data and insight through reporting. Provide necessary support to Lead/Sr. Sourcers. Pairing with the Sr. Sourcers in the paired Sourcing sessions to develop the ability to Source individually. Required Skills Bachelor's degree Or Equivalent required (Preferably in Engineering) A passion for learning new skills in Sourcing and Candidate Engagement. Willingness to learn new tools required to fulfill this role.
