JOB SUMMARY We are looking for a detail-oriented Estimator to prepare complete, accurate, and timely cost estimates for steel and precast projects. This role is responsible for ensuring all project costs, including materials, installation, and delivery, are accurately captured while working closely with the Sales, Production, and Manufacturing teams. The Estimator will apply value engineering principles to maximize value for both the customer and client, deliver clear and professional estimates that align with project scope and safety standards, and maintain a customer-first approach throughout the estimating process. WHAT YOU’LL DO Prepare complete, accurate, and timely estimates for steel and precast projects. Ensure all costs are captured, including materials, installation, and delivery. Communicate regularly with Sales, Production, and Manufacturing teams. Apply value engineering to maximize value for both customer and client. Maintain a customer-first approach in all estimating activities. Deliver clear, professional estimates that align with scope and safety standards REQUIREMENTS Minimum of 3 years of relevant estimating experience. Experience in industrial construction is preferred. Experience with pre-construction drawings and spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel) is required. Experience with Procore is an advantage but not required.
