IV. JOB SUMMARY We are looking for an experienced, well connected salesperson based in Cebu to open opportunities for our AI transformation framework within the Contact Centre and BPO sector. This is a market test engagement, initially structured for four months, with the potential to extend into a longer term role based on results. The individual will play a critical part in introducing our proposition to senior decision makers and building the pipeline for a new market. WHAT YOU ’ LL DO Identify and open conversations with senior management and C level executives at Contact Center and BPO organizations. Position our AI transformation framework as a solution to real operational and commercial challenges these organizations face. Apply a consultative, solution selling approach rather than a transactional sales style. Leverage your existing network and relationships within the services and Contact Center industry to accelerate access to decision makers. Qualify opportunities and support the process through to contract, working closely with our team. Provide regular updates on pipeline progress, market feedback, and competitive insight gathered in the field. REQUIREMENTS Proven experience in the services industry, ideally within Contact Centers, BPO, or related outsourcing environments. A track record of solution selling, particularly around complex or transformational offerings rather than standard products. Demonstrated ability to open doors and hold credible conversations with senior management and C level stakeholders. International exposure or experience, with comfort operating across borders and cultures. A strong, relevant network within the Cebu and broader Philippines services market.
