IT Talent Acquisition (Trainee)

**What will you do?**

As an IT Talent Acquisition Intern, you will be involved in the full recruitment lifecycle, including

• Preparing and publishing job advertisements on recruitment platforms;
• Actively sourcing and approaching IT candidates;
• Screening CVs and validating technical and functional requirements;
• Scheduling and conducting interviews to assess candidates’ skills and fit;
• Preparing interview reports and supporting hiring decisions;
• Monitoring and updating recruitment processes and pipelines.

Additionally

• Supporting the monitoring of internship programs and internal academies throughout the year;
• Representing Caixa Mágica Software at job fairs and employer branding events.

**What are we looking for?**

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field;
• Strong interest in Recruitment and Selection, particularly within the IT sector;
• Knowledge of social media platforms, especially LinkedIn;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Strong sense of responsibility, organization, and attention to detail;
• Proactive, dynamic, and motivated attitude;
• Good command of English;
• Eligible for an IEFP internship (mandatory).
