要求：2026届全日制普通高等院校本硕博应届毕业生，毕业时能顺利取得毕业证、学位证，且无违纪处分等不良记录。本科及以上学历，材料学、材料加工工程、金属材料及热处理、材料科学、冶金材料、无机非金属、高分子等材料相关专业；具有材料研发和产品研发的基本能力。
