We are currently developing solutions to enhance operational readiness by delivering high-quality services across advanced training installations in the following areas: Management & Operations Technical & Engineering Simulation & Training IT & Logistics Core Technologies VBS4 (Bohemia Interactive Simulations – One World Terrain) Steel Beasts Pro (eSim Games) SWORD (MASA Group) GAMER Live Simulator (Saab) Key Responsibilities Information Management & Archiving Manage the archiving of all data types, including new and existing datasets, such as 3D models, terrain data, documents, scripts, simulation assets, and other digital content. Ensure the structured storage, classification, retrieval, and long-term preservation of simulation and training information. Maintain version control, data integrity, and traceability across all information repositories. Manage user access and ensure authorised users can efficiently retrieve the required information and digital assets. Provide user support for information systems, repositories, and data access issues. Information Strategy & Governance Develop and maintain the information management requirements of the simulation centre and its customers. Contribute to Information Strategy and Portfolio Management activities, ensuring alignment between operational needs and the information architecture. Support Information Lifecycle Management processes, including data review, retention, archiving, and disposal. Ensure compliance with internal governance standards, data quality requirements, and defence-related security policies. Systems & Repository Management Manage and maintain digital information repositories using Microsoft SharePoint or equivalent information management platforms. Support the continuous improvement of repository structures, metadata standards, and usability. Collaborate with technical teams to integrate simulation data sources and operational datasets. Secondary Role – Data Analyst / Lessons Learned Support (Backup Function) Act as backup support for the Data Analyst / Lessons Learned Manager (training will be provided). Support the analysis of VBS (Virtual Battlespace) data and other simulation outputs. Contribute to customer satisfaction analysis and reporting. Assist with functionality management and continuous improvement activities. Support structured Lessons Learned processes based on training outcomes.
