Your role in our team As our new Operator, you will be part of a production where quality, cooperation and structure are in focus. Terma Aerostructures is facing an exciting future with great growth, which means many new employees over the next few years, as well as improvement/expansion of production equipment. As part of the Quality Control department, you will work closely with a team consisting of 40 employees divided into 2 shifts. You will be part of an everyday life with an informal tone, where we emphasize succeeding together as a team. The working hours are as follows: Day shift: Monday – Friday 06:00 – 13:44 Evening shift: Monday – Thursday 13:30 22:00 How to make a meaningful difference With a background in skilled trade, you help ensure quality control and documentation for high-tech composite parts. Your primary responsibilities in the position as QC Operator are: Carry out checks of parts, including final checks Deviation reporting in connection with errors Provide feedback to production on errors Ensure correct documentation in connection with inspections Participate in corrective actions Put your expertise into play and make a difference You have written and spoken English communication skills. Danish is an advantage, but not a requirement. In addition, we are also looking for a new colleague with the following qualifications: You have a relevant professional education or equivalent acquired skills that you can document Good IT skills Good drawing and reading comprehension Epoxy certificate is an advantage You can follow fixed procedures and work instructions You thrive on routine tasks where quality is in focus As a person, you are structured, patient and quality-conscious. You work independently and focus on the details. You are happy to follow fixed procedures, while at the same time you want to learn new things and develop your skills.
