About The Role

Your role The Key Account Manager will play a pivotal role in growing and maintaining relationships with our OEM customers. This role combines deep account management with proactive business development, requiring a proven ability to build strategic relationships, identify customer needs, translate them into commercial opportunities and help guide the internal team to meet the customer’s expectations. Key Responsibilities: Drive Account Growth • Develop and execute account strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets • Analyze new and existing business opportunities across key customers and identify the critical opportunities to pursue • Lead pricing and customer negotiations Manage Customer Relationships • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts • Build strong relationships across all customer levels and ensure responsive support • Monitor customer performance, needs, and overall account health Own Sales Execution • Manage key account opportunity pipeline, forecasts, and revenue commitments • Coordinate with the internal team to prepare quotes and proposals • Partner with internal teams to ensure accurate forecasting, order management, and delivery Collaborate Cross-Functionally • Work with engineering, service, and operations to deliver tailored solutions • Support after-sales service planning and issue resolution • Partner with finance to manage terms, receivables and account performance Leverage Market & Customer Insights • Track market trends, competitive activity, and pricing dynamics • Translate customer needs into technical requirements and support new product development Maintain Operational Excellence Keep CRM updated with customer activity, and forecasts Provide regular reporting on sales performance and account status To succeed, you will need We encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every single requirement. Knowledge & Experience: • Bachelor degree or above, majoring in technical fields or equivalent experience • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in an industrial or technical environment, ideally with an engineering background • Sound technical understanding and ability to quickly adopt to new products/ technical developments • Excellent verbal and written English required In return, we offer Culture of trust and accountability Lifelong learning and career growth Innovation powered by people Comprehensive compensation and benefits Health and well-being Salary: $140k-$160k The compensation range provided is intended as a guideline and reflects the expected hiring range for the position. Final compensation will be determined based on qualifications, experience, and internal equity considerations. In select cases, offers above the stated range may be approved for candidates whose skills and experience substantially exceed the position requirements. Job location Can be remote/hybrid, but regular visits to our factory based in Saugerties, NY will be required.
