Summary The Client Solutions Manager – Signature Services is responsible for providing clients with a well-rounded planning and service experience. You will be the lead point of contact for planning and execution of events, providing support, consultation, and high-level logistics planning. You will execute the event plan against client’s budget. This position will support our Corporate Event's team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and/or show site 2-3 days per week. The ideal candidate will be based out of any of the following locations: Dallas, TX Las Vegas, NV Atlanta, GA Nashville, TN Orlando, FL New Orleans, LA Essential Duties & Responsibilities • Able to lead and manage events up to $1 million per event • Works with Show Organizer, Corporate Exhibits, and Third-Party Clients to produce and manage events from design to execution • Manages client requirements, expectations, and scope changes per event • Liaison between client and our Creative, Strategy, Sponsorships, Graphic Production, Operations, and other Freeman departments • Travels to show location to manage event as needed based on the scope of work (i.e. move-in to show open, move-in to show close, etc.) • Responsible for accurate and timely invoicing to be sent to client • Maintains knowledge of all products and service offerings and assists in upsell to existing clients beyond current contract • Quotes prices and manages budgets • Partners with Business Development and Client Relationship teams to renew client business • Translates client requirements by working within internal systems to disseminate information to appropriate departments in a timely manner to ensure successful onsite execution • May be primary producing lead or may be part of a team on the execution of events Education & Experience REQUIRED • 2 or more years of related sales or account management experience • Excellent customer service and organizational skills PREFFERED • Bachelor’s degree preferred, High School Diploma or Equivalent with relevant work experience required Travel Requirements Travel 25% to 50% What We Offer The Freeman Company provides benefits that aim to empower our people and their families to thrive mentally, physically, and financially.
