About The Role
- 1、负责接口客户市场客诉反馈、数据汇总、异常跟进、提供最终结论方案；
- 2、负责客诉备件的办理、出货及沟通；
- 3、负责接口客户的返修屏、板RMA返回并跟进。
- 1、本科及以上学历，大学英语六级及以上，英语能够作为工作语言；
- 2、熟练操作办公基础软件，会数据统计的优先；
- 3、逻辑思维能力较强。
