Systems Engineer (m/f/d)

Main responsibilities Perform analyses of space segment or overall space system functional and interface requirements Coordinate overall space system validation and verification on system level Internal customer for spacecraft data bases and simulators Ensure compliance to the technical requirements Work in collaboration with Architects and Subsystem engineers Technical system budgets (electrical power, propellant, telemetry, command, pointing, mass properties) Define the overall space system configuration and manage the internal and external interfaces (e.g. launcher, ground, user interfaces) Flow down of the mission requirements to subsystem level specifications Define Verification plans Support the generation of AIT plans and operation plans Supervise preparation of overall space system and spacecraft tests and review of test results Define Test Specifications for overall space system and spacecraft Tests Responsible for maintenance of spacecraft data bases Preparation for launch and flight phases, preparation of launcher interfaces Contribute to the project risk management for risks of technical nature
