HR & Marketing Specialist

Human Resources and Recruitment activities Supporting a wide range of activities in a human resources field ( mainly recruitment , onboarding and offboarding, training development) Working closely with HR Generalist to make sure HR operations run smoothly Public Relations and Marketing activities Formulating Public Relations and Marketing plans and strategies in line with the company's objectives Developing and organizing marketing campaigns to strengthen OHB Czechspace's public presence, communicating with media, preparing press articles Managing the company's social networks (Facebook, LinkedIn etc.), monthly planning and preparation of texts for posts, active communication within the network Creation and maintenance of website content Coordination and support of company´s representation at fairs and conferences
