Professional and disciplinary management of the Radiation Charging engineers Definition and Implementation of a Technology roadmap in line with the Division strategic goals Professional and organizational development of the team in accordance with the company and division goals Set-Up and maintenance of general tools, models and templates Transfer of Radiation and Charging Engineering knowledge and lessons learned across projects and teams Provide cross-project support for general troubleshooting and implementation of harmonized solutions and processes Ensure timely provision of personnel with the required skills for the projects in order to successfully complete them in terms of cost, time and quality
