PMO Manager (m/f/d)

Support the Director of Exploration, Science and Human Spaceflight as well as project managers in all PMO-related activities, including project planning, organization, execution, and business management Assist in resource planning, including clarification of staffing requirements and coordination with project leadership Contribute to the development and maintenance of project structures, work packages, and internal agreements (e.g. Work Orders) Monitor project progress by tracking schedules, action items, and supporting reporting activities for internal and external stakeholders Support risk, change, and claim management processes across projects Collaborate on cost-to-completion analyses together with project controlling Organize project meetings, reviews, and coordination with industrial partners Drive the improvement and standardization of project management tools, processes, and templates to enhance efficiency, quality, and risk mitigation
