Project Manager for EO Payloads & Missions (m/f/d)

Lead and develop the project team and provide day-to-day project leadership to ensure effective execution and strong team performance Act as the main interface towards programme management, customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders Plan, monitor, and control the technical progress, schedule, cost, quality, and risks of the project or sub-project Conduct regular project meetings and ensure transparent communication across all relevant stakeholders Provide regular status reporting on the project / sub-project, including progress, risks, critical issues, and required decisions Define and maintain the project schedule and support the allocation and implementation of the project budget Ensure timely and accurate resource planning in close coordination with line management, team leads, and HR Implement the OHB risk management process within the project and drive regular risk assessments and mitigation activities together with the team Define and establish work packages and work orders for the operational units involved in the project Support the project team with operational and coordination tasks as needed to ensure successful delivery
