About the Client & Cooperation Model Our Client is a prominent, innovation-driven financial institution (one of the largest banks in Poland) on a mission to continuously improve its banking processes and core products. *Please note:* Optiveum is acting as the recruitment partner for this role. You will sign a long-term B2B contract directly with a reputable IT outsourcing company, dedicating your expertise full-time to this Bank's technological and business transformation. **About the Role** We are currently recruiting for two distinct Business Analyst profiles. Depending on your experience, you will be assigned to either our specialized Mortgage Domain team or our Agile Delivery / Product Ownership stream. Both projects focus on transforming core banking processes and require strong analytical, modeling, and problem-solving skills. * Location: Hybrid (1–2 days a week in the Warsaw office, depending on the project) * Contract Type: B2B Contract (12+ months, signed with the outsourcing company) * Start Date: July 15, 2026 or August 1, 2026 (Depending on the selected project stream) * Salary: 100-130 PLN net per hour **What You Will Do** * In the Mortgage Stream: Conduct end-to-end business analysis for mortgage sales and risk assessment processes, design UI mockups, and work closely with developers using Jira and Confluence. * In the Agile/PO Stream: Manage and refine the Product Backlog, model and optimize complex business processes, and create detailed use cases based on quantitative analysis. * Across both streams: Actively search for and propose solutions to ongoing business challenges, collaborating tightly with stakeholders in a fast-paced Agile/Scrum environment. **What We Expect** * Minimum 3 years of experience working specifically with mortgage products (sales/risk processes) OR participation in at least 3 distinct projects in the role of a Business Analyst or Product Owner. * Practical ability to define requirements in Agile methodologies and manage a Product Backlog. * Strong experience in modeling and optimizing business processes OR visualizing project workflows via mockups. * Previous experience in the financial sector. * Higher education degree (Economics, Business, or Technical). * High level of independence, creativity, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive under time pressure.
