Large Projects Counsel - QDC

QDC, a division of Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group, LLC (QISG), is looking for an experienced attorney who, in consultation with management, provides guidance, direction, and assistance on a wide variety of legal matters. The position will be based in our Houston, Texas office (part of the Quanta Services, Inc. complex) and report to the division’s Group General Counsel. Its primary focus will be the review and negotiation of large complex EPC projects for advanced facilities for cloud and enterprise organizations, from the initial proposal phase through project execution, as well as support of negotiations and renewals of master services agreements with customers.
