About The Role

We are looking for a ECM Platform Engineer to support enterprise content management platforms across on-premises and cloud environments. You will provide L1/L2 support for IBM FileNet, Datacap, Content Navigator, and WebSphere, and troubleshoot user issues. Ideal candidates have experience with ECM platforms and strong troubleshooting skills.
