We are hiring for the General Assembly I role — a vital position responsible for assembling and modifying electrical and electronic equipment such as airfield lights and signs. Why Attend? About the Position: General Assembly I As a General Assembly I team member, you will: Assemble, modify, and test electrical/electronic systems and components. Inspect wiring installations, assemblies, and circuits. Adjust, repair, or replace components to ensure quality and safety. Interpret schematic drawings, blueprints, and specifications. Maintain accurate inventory and documentation. Collaborate with Cell Leads and engineers to solve production challenges. Contribute to a safe, efficient, and positive workplace. What We’re Looking For: High school diploma or GED OR one to two years of related experience/training. Strong communication and basic math skills. Dependable, detail-oriented, and safety-minded. Ability to read and interpret documents, and perform basic computer functions. Physical ability to stand, walk, lift (up to 50 lbs), and perform tasks in a moderate noise environment. Work Schedule: Monday–Thursday: 6:30am–3:30pm Friday: 6:30am–12:30pm Flexibility required based on business needs. Our Commitment: ADB Safegate is a drug-free workplace.
