This role sits at the intersection of business consulting, digital transformation, process innovation, data analytics, and technology implementation. The ideal candidate can confidently engage executive stakeholders, translate business challenges into actionable solutions, and lead multidisciplinary teams through the delivery of transformational initiatives.

**Position Overview**

The Business Strategic Solutions Manager serves as both a strategic consultant and solution delivery leader.

This role is responsible for identifying business opportunities, assessing current-state operations, designing future-state solutions, and driving implementation across people, process, data, and technology.

The individual will partner directly with clients and internal teams to lead transformation initiatives spanning marketing operations, supply chain, retail execution, customer experience, business intelligence, automation, and digital enablement.

This position requires a unique blend of consulting skills, technology experience, analytical thinking, project leadership, and executive communication.
