Key Responsibilities: Financial Close & Reporting Prepare, review and finalize monthly financial statements Manage month-end close per corporate calendar Submit reporting packages and supporting schedules Perform reconciliations and GL activities Provide variance analysis and KPIs Prepare workpapers and ad hoc analysis Compliance & Controls Ensure compliance with Corporate Policies, SOX, US GAAP Support internal/external audits Maintain internal controls and documentation Coordinate statutory filings and reporting Support balance sheet and P&L reviews Accounting Operations Oversee general ledger and accounting systems Ensure inventory costing and accuracy Perform and review accounting transactions Support treasury cash flow forecasting Work with local consultants Process & Systems Drive process improvements Optimize ERP/reporting tools Support ERP implementations Establish accounting processes Business Partnering Provide financial insights Support decision-making Analyze costs and performance Support CapEx planning Deliver metrics to leadership Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Timely and accurate close Compliance with SOX/audits Accuracy of reporting Control effectiveness Process improvements Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 5–8 years of experience in a similar accounting or finance role, including experience leading teams Knowledge of US GAAP and HGB Experience with financial close and reporting processes Exposure to SOX compliance and audit requirements Hands-on experience with SAP Full professional proficiency in English and German Preffered Qualifications: CPA or MBA Cost accounting experience ERP experience (SAP/Dynamics) Experience with OneStream or similar financial consolidation and reporting tools Familiarity with B7 or other local ERP systems is a plus Process improvement experience Experience in a similar industry is an advantage Competencies: Detail oriented Strong communication skills Problem-solving mindset Ownership mindset Ability to manage multiple priorities Cultural competency and ability to work effectively in a global environment Flexibility to support business needs during month-end and year-end closing periods Your Workplace We value inclusion and recognize the innovative strength that a diverse workforce brings to our farmers.
