About The Role
Business Intelligence & Analytics Product Manager Location: Belgium (Europe) Reporting to: Director of Product Management About the Role We are looking for a Business Intelligence & Analytics Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and delivery of next-generation analytics solutions within Enterprise Imaging. In this role, you will transform complex data into meaningful insights that drive real business and customer outcomes. Acting as a product leader, you will bridge business needs, customer expectations, and technical execution to ensure the delivery of intuitive, scalable, and high-impact analytics products. This is a unique opportunity for someone who combines structured thinking, customer obsession, and strong analytics expertise to shape the future of healthcare intelligence. What You’ll Do 1. Product Strategy & Vision Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and long-term strategy for BI, Analytics and Data Monitoring solutions Lead discovery through customer interviews, market research, and data insights Translate complex problems into clear product opportunities and deliverables Balance customer needs, data quality initiatives, and technical priorities 2. Product Delivery & Execution Drive Agile/SAFe delivery across cross-functional teams Manage product backlogs, prioritization, and release cycles Collaborate with engineering and data teams on data models, pipelines, and quality Define success metrics and use analytics to track adoption and impact AI enablement to improve content management, report and data lifecycle 3. Customer & Market Focus Design intuitive dashboards and reporting experiences (executive, operational, self-service) Engage directly with customers throughout the product lifecycle Continuously gather and translate feedback into product improvements Ensure solutions meet compliance, security, and data privacy standards 4. Go-to-Market Collaboration Partner with Sales and Marketing on product positioning, packaging, and messaging Support demos, customer conversations, and escalations Help translate product value into compelling customer outcomes 5. Market Growth & Portfolio Expansion Provide a short- and long-term AI integration vision to help expand the product portfolio, articulating hype versus value. Identify and evaluate market growth opportunities, including new use cases, customer segments, and geographic expansion Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform product strategy and investment decisions Drive expansion of the BI & Analytics portfolio by defining new features, modules, or adjacent offerings that unlock additional value Partner with Sales and Customer Success to uncover upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base Leverage data insights and customer feedback to prioritize high-impact growth initiatives Contribute to business case development and ROI analysis for new product opportunities and market entry strategies What You Bring Experience & Expertise Proven experience in Product Management within analytics, data, or SaaS environments Strong knowledge of: Data modeling, KPIs, and analytics frameworks BI tools and modern data stacks (cloud data warehouses, ETL/ELT) Product analytics, telemetry, and experimentation Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams Ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements Domain Knowledge Experience in Healthcare IT, ideally Enterprise Imaging Understanding of regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) Familiarity with governance practices such as data catalogues and master data management Healthcare reporting models and business requirements for SLA and KPI Healthcare data flow and workflows for patient interactions Skills & Mindset Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering value Ability to influence and align diverse teams Self-starter, with attention to detail Decision-making skills that balance control of scope versus value Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in IT, Clinical field, or equivalent experience Master’s degree preferred Minimum 5 years of experience in Healthcare IT and Product Management Training or certifications in Oracle BI, Google Looker, OpenSearch Grafana, application layer and visualization tools.
