Therapist - Physical Therapy FT Days 8:30am-5pm

The Staff Physical Therapist provides Physical Therapy evaluations to patients under the referral of a physician. Plans and implements specific treatment programs for individual patients according to the principles and practices of physical therapy. Collaborates with interdisciplinary treatment team.
