Aircraft Painter Lead

Job Summary Responsible for priming and epoxy painting of aircraft, fabricated, production and/or aircraft parts to blueprint specifications, and/or customer paint schemes. Oversees the work for a crew of two or more technicians and assists with training them. Essential Functions and Responsibilities include the following: • Oversees a crew of two or more technicians assigned to paint aircraft and aircraft parts • Manage all duties simultaneously on multiple projects • Provides instruction and assigns tasks to technicians • Monitors work for quality and timeliness. Informs supervisor of problems or issues affecting quality, schedule, and budget • Reviews drawings, and parts lists for accuracy and coordinates with other departments to resolve issues therein...
