About The Role

We are looking for a Bilingual French Case Manager to manage and review complex cases involving hospitalized patients and outpatient care. You will assess medical information with Medical Consultants and Registered Nurses, review insurance policies, approve eligible procedures, communicate with patients and families, and keep documentation accurate in internal systems.
