About the Role We are seeking a Human Resources Specialist to support HR activities across multiple business locations within the Northeast and Midwest regions. Working closely with the HR team, you will play an important role in supporting employees and managers throughout the employee lifecycle while helping deliver a positive employee experience. Key Responsibilities HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Prepare offer letters and support new hire onboarding activities Assist with employee lifecycle processes from hire through separation Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation Partner with internal recruiters and external staffing agencies Support HR reporting and administrative processes Employee Support & Compliance Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers Assist with employee relations matters and policy interpretation under the guidance of HR leadership Support compliance-related HR processes and documentation Help ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment requirements Benefits & HR Programs Support administration of HR programs, policies, and procedures Assist with benefits-related inquiries and leave administration processes Support annual open enrollment activities and wellness initiatives Coordinate employee communications related to HR programs Culture & Engagement Help support employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs Maintain employee communication boards and site communications Contribute to activities that promote the ANDRITZ #1AndritzWay culture Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 1–4 years of experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, Benefits Administration, Payroll, Office Administration, or a related support function Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information Preferred Experience within a manufacturing, industrial, or operations environment Familiarity with HRIS systems Exposure to employee relations, recruiting, payroll, or benefits administration Internship or co-op experience in Human Resources Travel Approximately 10–20% travel to supported business locations All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, or disability.
