Floor Technician- Full Time

SUMMARY: Responsible for deep cleaning of all floor surface areas. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. - Clean all carpets as required.- Assist in removing gum/products from the carpets as directed.- Assist in restowing all gear properly and when requested. In addition, clean and maintain all carpet cleaning equipment in use daily.- Clean tile floors including grout.- Clean escalator steps.- Maintain a clean, safe workplace: e., clean, etc. as directed.- Assist the Maintenance Department as needed.- Report to the Facilities Supervisor any hazardous or threatening condition.- Provide positive communication and use ACES Training skills with every patron and co-worker.- Perform duties in a safe manner; report any...
