Bartender (PT)

This position will provide friendly, courteous beverage service and beverage preparation in accordance with standard procedures. Essential Functions - Prepare beverages in accordance with established procedures- Follow proper cash control procedures- Practice proper par stock ordering procedures- Maintain current knowledge of all policies and procedures concerning service of all alcoholic beverages- Responsible for set-up and cleaning of bar area- Monitor and assist in training Barbacks- Maintain knowledge of current hotel activities, beverage outlets and operations- Comply with all health and safety standards - Attend meetings as scheduled - Other job-related duties as assigned
