About The Role

Monitoring guest consumption of alcohol, behavior and alerting the necessary personnel if needed.- Providing guest with all the necessary information about our events and programs as needed.- Maintaining par levels of operating supplies and equipment for each bar obtaining replacement stock from warehouse inventory in accordance with procedure. - Storing liquors, fruits, glassware, linen, paper supplies and sundries in their designated areas, while following established storage guidelines and safety procedures- Replacing empty draught beer kegs as needed.- Lifting and stocking cases of beer, kegs, and other bar related products into their designated areas.- Maintains inventory of all bar related products.- Maintaining Team Member dining room supplies, such as stocking...
