About The Role

Enforce Dealer compliance with pit and game procedures.- Attends meetings, training activities, courses and all other work-related activities as required.- Supply gaming tables with proper and sufficient gaming equipment.- Complete rating information on casino table players.- Verification of customer credit status.- Issue guest complimentary based on the evaluation of patrons play.- Communicate large and/or multiple buy-ins in compliance with established Pit procedures.- Promote outstanding customer and Team Member relations.- Prepares Marker, Table Fill and Table Credit documents.- Identify and resolve Table Games disputes.- Perform other duties as assigned.
