To perform maintenance duties within the specified trade skill in all casino/hotel facilities. - Follow preventative maintenance schedules on equipment and rooms in assigned areas and document work performed in database using a computer. - Respond to guests calls concerning maintenance issues in hotel rooms, on the casino floor, and other areas of the property. - Respond to calls from team members concerning maintenance issues in offices, shops, kitchen, laundry, the hotel and casino. - Responsible for prep work and clean-up for painter, carpenter, mechanic, electrician or plumber. - Assists the painter, carpenter, mechanic, electrician or plumber with repairs and maintenance projects. - Perform minor repair and preventive maintenance to equipment. - Maintain good...
