About The Role

Prepares, season, and mix, grab & go salads/sandwiches/etc., compound salads, fruit/veggie displays, other foodstuffs for consumption in dining areas at Hollywood Casino at Charles Town Races by performing the following duties.- Slices meats/cheeses/vegetables/fruits, portions food to fill orders.- Fills commissary orders to outlets.- Adds seasoning to foods during mixing or cooking/mixing.- Observes and tests foods being cooked by tasting, smelling, and piercing with fork to determine that it is cooked.- Slices meats/cheeses/vegetables/fruits, portions food to fill orders.- Washes, peels, cuts, and shreds vegetables and fruits to prepare them for use.- Other duties may be assigned.- This job has no supervisory responsibilities
