Operate general equipment such as tractors, horse ambulance, and pick up trucks, for the purpose of maintaining Hollywood Casino at Penn National Race Course grounds in order to assist in reaching profitability, guest satisfaction, workforce strength, and compliance goals. - Prepare equipment for use each day and make proper equipment changes according to the weather.- Prepare track, paddock, and barn areas for racing by watering, harrowing, floating, fixing washouts, and placing pipes and cones when and wherever necessary to ensure proper training and racing conditions are met.- Must maintain the speed, when operating equipment, that will ensure the safety of the horses and riders.- Open and close track gates for other tractor drivers.- Check equipment for proper function...
