ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESThe following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:- Performs duties to monitor the activities of the staff and guests to ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory guidelines, and safety rules. - Takes necessary steps to ensure the safety and security of operations.- Utilizes various computer systems and programs to monitor and/or log the events that occur on shift.- Act as the primary trainer for new Security Team Members and complete the necessary paperwork to document the training process.- Maintain knowledge of Security Officer and Dispatcher job roles and tasks to be able to act in that capacity and train, as necessary.- Acts as an Assistant Shift Manager when necessary and assigned. - Appropriately...
